Back Yard Leisure Guys – Our Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation
As soon as you order one of our products, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have ordered is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process your order and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item has a backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and we will charge your card. Please refer to your chosen brand below for delivery information.
BERG
Typically it will take 5-7 working days to deliver BERG products. However, this may take longer due to Brexit.
Telstar & Vuly
Typically it will take 48 hours to deliver Telstar & Vuly products on all orders before 2pm.However based upon postcode for delivery please allow 2-7 days. Supplier will contact directly to arrange a convenient date for delivery. If installation is included with your chosen model, please allow 5-10 days for a delivery and installation date to be arranged. Neither Telstar, Vuly or Backyard Leisure Guys is able to accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be the essence of the contract. No liability will be accepted for non delivery or late delivery and delivery failure where this is caused by circumstances beyond control. Upon delivery it is the responsibility of the client to check all goods within 14 working days (Monday- Friday). Any damages, shortages or missing parts MUST be reported to Backyard Leisure Guys within the 14 day period. Replacement items will be sent to the original delivery address. All costs including delivery, and delivery surcharges must be paid prior to dispatch,
JumpKing
The supplier will endeavour to notify you in the confirmation of your order of the approximate date of delivery of goods. The delivery will be made to the address shown in you order. Unless we are notified within 7 days of the date of delivery, your goods will be deemed undamaged and in good order. All Jumpking Trampolines are delivered for self-assembly, we will not be liable if a service you have sourced independently is unable to complete the installation in the event of missing or faulty parts or late/non delivery of the trampoline.
Blue Rabbit
Please allow 7-10 working days (2-3 weeks) from order receipt to a confirmed delivery date. All Blue Rabbit Climbing Frames climbing frames are built to order. Please note: This could take up to 6-8 weeks during Spring & Summer. Our Blue Rabbit Climbing Frames are not designed for Residential use only. Please check with us if you are using it for commercial use. All Blue Rabbit Climbing Frames are made and cut to order and you will be contacted with delivery options. Deliveries to Mainland U.K. Free Delivery on climbing frames in England and Wales. Surcharges apply to Scotland. Due to size and volume of order, all deliveries will be KERB SIDE only and any delivery beyond kerbside is the customers responsibility. Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm. Customers are able to advise a “leave safe area” which must be outdoor (no garages or sheds) . A photograph will be taken of where the delivery was left for proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for deliveries left under their instructions. If the customer is unable to receive delivery on the agreed date when delivery is attempted, here will be a re-delivery charge if there is no-where safe to leave the order.
Storm Balance Bikes
Delivery times will be dependant on the type of service you have selected, the delivery method and the stock status of the items purchased. Delivery times / dates are not guaranteed and please note that Storm Buggies will not be liable for any financial loss or liability (whether direct or consequential) as a result of delayed deliveries or order processing.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL VEHICLE ORDERS:
- Someone over the age of 18 must be available to accept the delivery between 08:00 – 18:00 (hours may vary by courier and during peak times) on the day specified above as there is ONLY ONEdelivery attempt included in the price. You will be charged for any further delivery attempts(this charge is imposed on us by the delivery company).
- Unlike with courier deliveries, you are not able to change the delivery date. If any change is made to the delivery date, you will be charged a full re-delivery charge.
On delivery please check the goods for any damage before signing. If the item is damaged, refuse to accept the item and point out to the delivery agent why. If the goods are contained within a box or packaging, please open the box and check all the contents for condition before signing. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and liability.
Mensa-Heating
Typically it will take 48 hours for Mensa-Heating Products to be delivered.
Tansun
Typically it will take 24-48 hours for Tansun products to be delivered.
Bromic
Typically it will take 3-5 working days for Bromic products to be delivered.
Burda
Typically it will take 3-5 working days for Burda products to be delivered.
Eco-Smart
Typically it takes 3-5 working days for Eco-smart products to be delivered. However, please contact us on availability as some products are made to order.
Kratki
Typically it will take 2-3 weeks for Kratki products to be delivered as we order directly from the manufacturer, who is based in Poland.
BeBop
Typically it will take 3-5 days for BeBop products to be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Aberdeen, Inverness, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and The Shetland Islands.

Damages
We ask you inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept the delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that your product is damaged, please send clear photos of the damage to [email protected] so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. Please be aware that you will have 3 days to make us aware of the damaged product, otherwise your claim may not be valid.
