The NEW Telstar Jump Capsule Mk3 model offers stability, style and safety.
The 10ft x 15ft OVAL trampoline is a large garden trampoline offering 150 sq ft of jumping space and your children will won't want to get off of!
Our oval trampoline range has two super sweet 'Sweet Spot's' at each end and another in the centre are powered by Telstar's performance springs which enable the user to jump higher and higher.

The NEW Rigi Net - The exclusive Rigi Net technology used on the Jump Capsule Mk3 models provides the most secure, safest bouncing environment.
The unique design of this ‘No Escape' net ensures the bouncer cannot get access to the springs or trampoline framework whilst on the trampoline. The trampoline bed and safety enclosure are factory stiched to provide 100% safety from falling onto the trampoline framework. This ingenious design secures the safety of little fingers and toes better than any other trampoline on the market.

Winter and High Winds:
It is highly advisable to drop your safety netting down if we are due high winds. With the Jump Capsule Mk3 model this is a simple 5 minute procedure which will help protect your netting and safety enclosure poles. Once the safety netting has been dropped onto the trampoline you can completely cover the netting and trampoline if you choose to.
Tie Down Kit:
A Tie Down Kit (£28.00) is only needed if your trampoline is a in a windy or exposed area or we are due high winds. The Tie Down Kit consists of long tent pegs and heavy duty strapping which goes over the trampoline framework to help keep the trampoline grounded.
Complete Accessory Pack:
A Complete Accessory Pack is available which consists of a COVER, LADDER and TIE DOWN KIT for only £49.00.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you order one of our products, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have ordered is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process your order and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item has a backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and we will charge your card.
BERG
Typically it will take 5-7 working days to deliver BERG products. However, this may take longer due to Brexit.
Telstar & Vuly
Typically it will take 48 hours to deliver Telstar & Vuly products on all orders before 2pm.
JumpKing
Typically it will take 48-72 hours to deliver JumpKing products on all orders before 2pm.
PLEASE NOTE: At moment, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Aberdeen, Inverness, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and The Shetland Islands.

Damages
We ask you inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept the delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that your product is damaged, please send clear photos of the damage to info@backyardleisureguys.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy. Any orders that are cancelled after 48 hours after placing the order, may be subjected to additional fees. If the order has been dispatched, the buyer will be responsible for any cost associated with returning the item. If the item is returned damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Product(s) must be returned in it's original packaging. Any refund can only be issued to the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
Please note: If the Trampoline has been assembled, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
